We combine years of fiber-optic experience with the latest technologies to design, build, and operate the fastest, most reliable network available.
As part of the Tillman Global Holdings portfolio of companies, we benefit from their scale and experience investing in and operating telecommunications and energy infrastructure businesses. Tillman FiberCo LLC will build and operate a 100% FTTP network to deliver symmetrical gigabit broadband internet access and services to residential and commercial customers. We will offer a superior value proposition while empowering customers with leading-edge customer experiences powered by analytics & artificial intelligence.

Our leadership
Ken Dixon
CEO
As President of Verizon FiOS, Ken oversaw sales, marketing, operations and customer service, consistently achieving outstanding customer satisfaction. Ken brings over 30 years of telecommunications experience to Tillman Fiber. He holds a B. S. from Syracuse University.
Philip Cusick
Chief Financial Officer
Philip Cusick, CFO at Tillman Fiber, has extensive experience in telecom services and equipment. He’s held roles at J.P. Morgan, Bear Stearns, and Macquarie Group, and was recognized in Institutional Investor and The Wall Street Journal surveys. He holds an MBA from NYU, a B.S. from the University of Michigan, and a CFA designation.
Phil Jenkins
Chief Customer Officer
Phil has 30+ years of telecom experience, with significant roles at Verizon and Gartner. He led Verizon's customer engagement and analytics strategies, enhancing experiences with Artificial Intelligence. A U.S. Army veteran, he holds a degree in Business Management.
Tim Salmon
Chief Operations Officers
Tim Salmon is the Chief Operating Officer at Tillman Fiber. He will oversee the Company’s field operations, including Construction and Engineering. He's held senior roles at Altice USA and Tillman Infrastructure and holds a Bachelor’s from Notre Dame and an MBA from the John M. Olin School of Business, Washington University.
Craig Young
Chief Technology Officer
Craig has 30+ years of experience leading technology and security teams. Previously COO at Diem and CIO for SWIFT and Verizon, he modernized tech platforms and scaled operations. A U.S. Navy veteran, he holds a degree from Bellevue University.
Raju Datla
SVP Finance
Raju held leadership positions, including CFO and Head of Corporate Development, in the digital infrastructure industry, and served as a VP at Deutsche Bank in Investment Banking. He has an M.B.A. from Columbia university, an M.S. in Computer Information Systems and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
Carl Erhart
SVP of Public Policy and Compliance
Carl has held a number of leadership roles in regulatory and government affairs at Frontier Communications and Verizon, with over 35 years of telecommunications experience. A CPA and board veteran, he holds a bachelor's in accounting and an MBA.
